SHIPPING IS FREE.  Items are shipped within 24 hours with the exception of special order items.  The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via USPS.  Order amount in excess of $30.00 is shipped via UPS ground.  Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Please contact us if you prefer expedited shipping which would incur a charge. 

Note:  Orders from Canada incur an additional $10 charge per item. 

Do you accept credit cards?  If so, which credit cards do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards accepted through PayPal and Google Checkout.  We can also accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover over the phone at 818.705.0203. 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item is not on special order.  Please ask us if you are unsure.

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase.  Credit card refunds will be processed to the original card.  We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt. 

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective or I just don't need?
Yes, within 30 days.  All damaged or defective item will be replaced.  All returned items will be given a refund.  Credit cards will be refunded on the original card purchased.

What if I need an item that is not listed?
Just email us and we will try our best to find the item you need.

Is there sales tax on my purchase?
9.75% California sales tax is applied if shipping address is in California.  No tax for outside California shipping addresses.
